Tracking numbers are generated once your shipment leaves the warehouse or supplier facility.
Here’s how to find it:
In your account:
Log in, select Order History, and click 'Track package' next to the order or item you want to track. Your tracking number and carrier will appear in a new tab on your device/desktop browser with the latest update.In your email:
You’ll automatically receive an email titled “Your Touch of Modern order has shipped!” with tracking information included.
If you haven’t received tracking yet, your order may still be in the fulfillment process. For most products, this process begins after the sale period ends and can take several days to weeks to complete, depending on the advertised shipping window.
