If one or more items are missing from your order, don’t worry — it’s often due to split shipments.
Items may ship separately if they come from different suppliers or fulfillment centers.
Here’s what to do first:
Check your email. You may have received multiple tracking numbers for the same order.
Log into your Touch of Modern account. Review your Orders page to see if additional shipments are still in transit, or if the missing item(s) are awaiting fulfillment either due to different estimated shipping windows or delays
Still missing something? Contact support@touchofmodern.com with your order number and the name of the missing item(s).
Our team will confirm whether your order shipped in multiple parts or if an item was accidentally omitted.
If it’s confirmed missing, we’ll coordinate a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
Tip: For multi-item orders, you may receive several packages on different days — each with its own tracking number.
