Photos help us verify damage, defects, or discrepancies quickly and can speed up approval.Wait for authorization.
A Support Team member will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for a return or reimbursement. If it does, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) with next steps.
Tip: Returns sent to us without authorization may be delayed, subject to restocking fees, or declined. Always wait for your RA before shipping anything back.
