I need to apply store credit to my order

If you forgot to use your store credit during checkout, don’t worry—we can help apply it retroactively to your order.


Simply contact support@touchofmodern.com with your order number and let us know you’d like your available store credit applied.


Once verified, we’ll adjust your order accordingly and issue a refund for the credited amount back to your original payment method (where applicable).


You can view your store credit balance anytime by logging in and going My Account. Total store credit balance, individual issuances of store credit, and credit expirations date (if applicable) can be viewed here.



Store credit will automatically appear in your cart and during checkout for any future orders. You will need to manually enter the amount of credit you wish to apply towards your order:



Please note: Store credit cannot be used toward tax, shipping costs, duties, or alcohol purchases.
