Applying store credit to an order

You can apply store credit directly to your cart, or at the final step during checkout.

On the cart or checkout screen, enter the amount of credit you'd like to use in the text box line — the available amount will automatically appear next to the 'Available Credits*' note and will be deducted from your subtotal.



If you forgot to apply store credit when placing your order, no problem:

Contact support@touchofmodern.com with your order number and request that your store credit be applied retroactively.

Once verified, we’ll process the credit and refund the equivalent amount back to your original payment method (where applicable).


Note: Store credit can only be applied to the product total (subtotal). It cannot be used for tax, shipping, duties, or alcohol-related items.
