How store credit works

Store credit is a flexible form of reimbursement that can be used toward eligible purchases at checkout. It never expires and is automatically stored in your Touch of Modern account once issued.

Here’s how it works:

  • Store credit can be applied once you add an item to your cart, or in the final step at checkout.

  • You can use all or part of your available balance on a single order, manually, by entering the amount you'd like to use.

  • The store credit is automatically deducted from your balance once used.

  • You can view your current store credit balance anytime under the main dash in your My Account page.

Important: Store credit cannot be used toward tax, shipping costs, duties, or alcohol purchases.

Store credit is most often issued as:

  • A reimbursement for an approved claim or return

  • A goodwill gesture or courtesy for a service issue

  • A partial credit toward a future purchase
