I need to change the shipping address

We can update your shipping address only if your order hasn’t entered fulfillment or been submitted to our supplier yet.


Once an order is processing or has shipped, we can no longer modify the destination address.


If you need to request a change:


  1. Email support@touchofmodern.com immediately with your order number and the updated shipping address.

  2. Our team will confirm whether the change can be made before the order is finalized.

If your order has already shipped, some carriers may allow you to redirect the package or request pickup at a local faciilty, directly through their website once tracking information becomes available.



Tip: You can add, edit, or remove saved shipping addresses in your account here. We also recommend adjusting saved address for express checkout or payment plan provider options (such as PayPal, Shop, or Sezzle) on your respective accounts with those providers to prevent erroneous shipping address submissions.

Reminder: Double-check your shipping address during checkout—our sales move quickly, and changes become difficult once fulfillment begins.
