How to remove or replace a saved shipping address

Once a shipping address is saved to your account, it cannot be directly edited.


If you’ve moved or need to make a correction, the best option is to delete the old address and add a new one instead.


Here’s how to do that:


To remove an existing address

  1. Log in to your Touch of Modern account.

  2. Navigate to My Account → Shipping Addresses.

  3. Click Delete next to the address you’d like to remove.

  4. Confirm (click "Yes") when prompted.

To add your new address

  1. After deleting the old one, click Add Shipping Address.

  2. Enter your complete, up-to-date shipping details.

  3. Click Save.

Note: You can’t delete or replace a shipping address that’s already tied to an open order.
Once a sale closes and the order enters fulfillment, that address can no longer be changed.

Tip: Always confirm that your saved default address is current before placing a new order — once processing begins, address changes may not be possible.
