If your order was marked as Returned to Sender, it means the carrier was unable to complete delivery and sent the package back to our warehouse or the supplier.
Common reasons include:
The shipping address was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable
Delivery was attempted multiple times but unsuccessful
The package was refused at delivery or left unclaimed
Import or customs fees were unpaid for international shipments
When this happens, our team will reach out by email to confirm next steps.
Here’s what to expect:
If your order is eligible for reshipment
We’ll ask you to confirm your current delivery address before resending the item.
Once confirmed, we’ll need your authorization to charge the reshipment cost to a valid payment method saved in your account.
After payment is approved, we’ll process the reshipment and provide a new tracking number.
If your order is not eligible for reshipment
Orders that are Final Sale or that exceed the return window may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
In these cases, we’ll notify you with the available options once the item is received and reviewed.
If we receive no response
If we don’t hear back within 7 days of outreach, your order may be restocked or disposed of, and a 15 % restocking fee may apply.
Refunds or credits for unclaimed returns are not guaranteed under our Final Sale policy.
Tip: Always double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once the sale closes, address changes are often no longer possible.
