If you notice on your tracking page that your order was returned to sender — and you haven’t yet heard from us — please contact support@touchofmodern.com right away with your order number and current shipping address.
We’ll verify the package’s status and let you know whether it was routed back to our warehouse or directly to the supplier.
From there, we’ll review options for reshipment or refund (if eligible).
Note: If the item was returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment may require additional payment for shipping fees.
Please ensure any saved addresses in your account are up to date to prevent delays or missed deliveries in the future.
