What happens after the sale ends?

Once a sale on Touch of Modern closes, the fulfillment process begins.

Here’s a step-by-step look at what happens next:

  1. We place a bulk order with our supplier.
When the sale ends, we submit one consolidated purchase order to the vendor for all customer purchases from that event.

  2. The supplier prepares the inventory.
Depending on the product, the supplier may manufacture, package, or pull stock for shipment to our warehouse—or in some cases, ship directly to you.

  3. Warehouse processing (if applicable).
If your order is routed through our warehouse, our team receives the shipment, performs quality checks, repackages items, and prepares each order for individual delivery.

  4. Your order ships.
Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a tracking email. From there, carriers typically deliver within 3–7 business days for U.S. orders.

The estimated shipping timeframe displayed on each product page (and in your confirmation email) includes all of these steps. The shipping timeframe does not include transit time for delivery.

We coordinate closely with our vendor partners to stay within those timeframes, but occasionally slight delays occur if production or transit takes longer than anticipated.

Tip: The “Ships by” or “Estimated Delivery” date shown on the product page is always the most accurate reference for your order’s expected timeline.
