If you’d like to close your Touch of Modern account, please email support@touchofmodern.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
Our team will verify your identity and process your request promptly.
When your request is complete, your account will be permanently closed, and no one — including you — will be able to access it going forward.
Your order and account history will remain securely stored in our system for record-keeping and compliance purposes, but your login credentials and access will be disabled.
If you’re a resident of California or another region with data protection laws (such as CCPA or equivalent state legislation), you may also request the permanent deletion of your personal data.
In those cases, we’ll verify your residency and process your request in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Before submitting your request:
Make sure any open orders or support cases have been resolved.
Download or save any order confirmations or invoices you may need for your records.
Use the same email associated with your Touch of Modern account to help us locate your profile quickly.
Once processed, you’ll receive a response on your support request informing you that your account has been closed and your data handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Note: Closing your account also unsubscribes you from Touch of Modern marketing emails.
You can always manage your communication preferences anytime by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of a marketing message.
