I accidentally created a duplicate account

If you’ve created a duplicate Touch of Modern account by mistake (for example, by checking out with a different email or login), don’t worry — we can easily fix it.


Here’s what to do:

  1. Contact support@touchofmodern.com and provide:

    • The email address of the account you want to keep

    • The email address of the duplicate account

  2. Our team will verify both and close the duplicate profile.

If there were any active orders or store credits under the duplicate account, those will be reviewed and transferred before closure.



Tip: To prevent future duplication, always log in with the same email address or social login (Apple, Google, or Facebook) when shopping or checking out.
