Why didn’t I receive a shipping or order email?

If you haven’t received your confirmation or tracking emails, try these steps first:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folders.
    Email providers sometimes filter automated messages from online retailers. Mark any Touch of Modern emails as “Not Spam” to ensure you receive future updates.

  2. Verify your account email address.
    Log in to your Touch of Modern account and confirm the email on file matches the one you check regularly.

  3. Search for “Touch of Modern” in your inbox.
    Emails may appear under “orders@touchofmodern.com.”

  4. Still missing emails?
    Contact our Support Team with your full name and order number so we can verify that your order was processed and resend your confirmation details if needed.


Note: If you placed your order using Apple Pay, PayPal, or another digital wallet, make sure you’re checking the email address linked to that payment account—it may differ from your Touch of Modern login.
