How refunds are processed

Refunds are only issued once a return or reimbursement has been reviewed and approved by our Support Team.


Depending on the resolution confirmed in your approval email, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.


Here’s what to expect:

  1. Timing:

    • Refunds to your original payment method typically post within 5–10 business days after processing.

    • Store credits are applied to your Touch of Modern account immediately once issued.

  2. Partial refunds:
    If your order contained multiple items, you may receive a partial refund for specific items that were approved for return or adjustment.

  3. Shipping deductions:
    Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to a shipping error, damage, or defect.

  4. Restocking fees:
    For approved returns that are not due to an error or defect, a 15 % restocking fee may apply (see Restocking Fees and Unauthorized Returns for full details).


Note: Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. We’re unable to issue refunds to a new card or account.
